CGN-CS-End User License Agreement
The game; Céiron Wars (Will be referred to as “CW” in short), which is being provided on www.ceironsavaslari.com,  www.ceironwars.com and www.ceiron.com web sites, and all of its services, also including its publisher Céidot Gaming Network and the brands of Céidot which is its developer-publisher; belongs to CeiPrime Bilgisayar Oyun Tasarım ve Teknoloji Geliştirme Hizmetleri A.Ş.’ne (will be referred to as CGN in short). For this reason, all content of the game and its websites belongs to the copyright owner CeiPrime Bilgisayar Oyun Tasarım ve Teknoloji Geliştirme Hizmetleri A.Ş’dir as of 2010-2011. The hereby End User License Agreement shows the agreement between “CGN” and the real person who is going to benefit from this server who will be referred to as “Player or User” and bears the purpose of determining the services that are provided on the site,  the terms of benefiting from these services and the rights and responsibilities of the sides. 
The content of the End User License Agreement includes statements like the warnings, texts and announcements made by CGN as a whole. By accepting the terms of the End User License Agreement, the user is also accepting all the statetments that have been announced by CGN within the site about usage, membership and services.

BY ACCEPTING THE HEREBY AGREEMENT, SIGNING UP TO THE GAME, DOWNLOADING THE GAME YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING AND STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ THE END USER AGREEMENT, HAVE UNDERSTOOD ITS CONTENTS AND ACCEPTING AND APPROVING ITS TERMS.

1. About The Services
a. Terms Of Participation
To be able to play the game; Céiron Wars, the users have to accept the hereby "CGN-CS End User Agreement". CW is a game that is aimed for adults. By pressing "Accept", you are stating that you are older than 18.
b. Responsbility
CGN reserves the right of changing the web site URL address of the game; CS, without notifying beforehand.
The game named CW, is a game that is played over the internet and through game servers. For this reason, to be able to play the game you need an active internet connection. CGN is not responsible for the delays and/or disconnections in the internet connection that can be caused by the internet service providers or infrastructure.
CGN is taking the advantage of all the possible technical resources to render the CS web site accessible, complete and trouble-free. However, due to reason out of CGN’s control (coercive reasons, fault of third parties etc...) or during the routine maintenance and update periods, it may not be possible to access the site. CGN always reserves the right to limiti the access to the site with the intention of protecting user data, the network and the CW web site’s software.    
Moreover, CGN does not take responsibility of any programming, graphical, server, etc... errors that can occurr due to issues that can occurr during extraordinary situations. If the user is negatively affected due to such a situation, he/she can not request changes about the registries or revert the situation back to its state before the issues from CGN. CGN will do everything they can towards solving the problems; however, they will not give any reassurance that a solution will be formulated, in such cases it also will not be possible to offer monetary or intangible compensation.
Please refer to the “3. Content / Responsibility” section for more information on this matter.
The information that is given by CGN through the web sites is provided "as is" and "the way it is present". Including the information that belongs to the third parties, CGN does not give any guarantee, openly or legally, about the information on the website’s, including but not limited to the; ownership, correctness, trustworthiness, preciseness, being suitable for a determined purpose or being computer virus free.

2. Membership
a. Beginning of Membership
The membership begins with the user’s finalization of sign up process to CW and acceptance of this agreement. It is imperative for the members to use a valid e-mail address while signing up to CW and this e-mail address to be their contact address. CGN might need to contact the player due to CW related reasons and in such situations CGN will assume the registered e-mail address of the user as his/her contact address. In the case of CGN not being able to contact the user due to the e-mail address provided by the user being unoperational, invalid or not being actively used by the user, CGN will take no responsibility of any negative situations that can arise. 
b. Termination Of Membership By The Player
The membership can be terminated by the player’s own wish through the deleting his/her own account. In such situations, the amount of time that the account data will be kept in CW’s database will depend solely on CGN’s decision and CGN will be allowed to keep this information, given that it will not be shared under any circumstance with third parties.
How the personal data will be kept is explained under “6. Protection of Data”
c. Termination Of Membership By CGN
When deemed necessary, CGN can, without any obligation for an explanation, freeze, delete or close the accounts of the users. In situations like the deletion of the records, closing or freezing of the accounts, the users can object to CGN if he/she so wishes; however, in no means can he/she make any legal claims and can not request his/her accounts to be reopened and/or his/her records to be restored by petitioning any legal authorities.
You are accepting that CGN reserves the right to terminate your access to their web sites in the case of usage of the CW game, its web sites and their content against the terms of use.
In the case of account termination due to any reason, you are obliged to remove all the material that you have obtained from CGN’s web sites from your records.
d. About Repayments and Sale Channels
CW is a massively multiplayer online role playing and strategy game (MMO-RPG/RTS) and CGN does not demand any price from the users to play the game. However, the users may purchase the services that are described in game to gain an advantage in the game if they wish to.
In the case of the user making any payments, due to an online service that is instantly provided being present, the user does not have the right go back.
In addition to this, the user does not have the right to demand his payments to be reimbursed if his/her account has been terminated due to any reason.
The users can contact the CGN team about the issues that can occurr during their transactions and expenditures regarding CW and submit their objections to the CGN team. However, this is only valid if the said purchases and expenditures have been directly carried out through the sales sites that have been set up by CGN. For CGN may use different payment points, sites and partners (for example e-pin sellers) during transactions. In such cases the the intermediary or partner that has been used for the transaction has to be contacted and the problems that may arise should be resolved through the intermediary or partner. If the player can not resolve the issue with the said partner or intermediary, he/she can contact the CGN team for assistance. In situations like this, the CGN team will do everything they can towards resolving the issue; however, due to the CGN team not being directly involved with the sales process, the CGN team will not be able to guarantee a solution.     
According to the explanations you provide during the payments, your payments will be recorded into your accounts. However, CGN is not responsible for the losses and delays that can occurr due to entering incomplete or inaccurate information. Also CGN can not be held responsible for the costs of any payment channels (like credit cards or expenses that are related to banks).
The users are responsible for keeping documents like bank receipts after payments. When deemed necessary, these documents can be requested from the users.
 e. Other
The users can not demand any extra rights in addition to what they have received in return for their payments. Other than the right that he/she has purchased related to CW, a user can not demand any other rights or performances from CGN.
The users and CGN are legally independant sides. There is no partnership, representation or employee-employer relationship between them. As the result of accepting the User Agreement, no partnership, representation or employee-employer relationship arises.
The users can not transfer or allow another person to use the passwords, user names or any other rights that they use to benefit from the CGN’s services.

3. Content / Responsibility
CGN provides various services to allow the users to contact each other or to render this easier. This includes the game’s forum page. During the use of these services, the content that is created by the users (for example conversations and messages), are solely under the users’ responsibility. CGN does not accept any responsibility for the content of the messages between players. Messages containing advertisement, terrorism and terrorist organizations, states, religion, racism, drug use, politicians or other corporates, any illegal acts and acts that are aimed to harass other players and providing similar content is against the terms of use.
Users with such behavior and/or users acting against the rules and instructions of the game and the forums can be banned from the game temporarily and/or permanently by the CGN administrators. Due to legal obligations, personal information of the said users can be shared with the authorities when requested. Also, CGN reserves all legal rights against users who perform such violations.
Both on the web site of CW game and the chat screens of the players, 'link's to other websites and/or portals, files or content that are owned and controlled by third parties can be provided. These 'link's, can be provided to the users by CGN purely for the ease of reference and do not possess any intention to support the person who is running the web site nor do they bear any guarantee for the web site or the information it contains. Portals, web sites, files and content that are accessed through the 'link's on the site, or the services that are provided on the portals or web sites that are accessed through these links are not under CGN’s responsibility. The losses that can occurr due to the use of these sites are completely under the users’ own responsibility.

4. Prohibited Actions
a. Methods Relating To Usage
Trying to solve the connection between the game software and the game servers through engineering methods, altering it, directing it to other servers, emulating the game servers, starting other game servers and/or operating them is against the terms of use. No user has the right to perform acts, use mechanisms or software to intervene the development and operation of the services and the games / public websites that these services are connected to. The users performing acts that are disruptive for the game’s general network operation or aimed towards abusing any software loopholes is unacceptable and players that act this way will get banned from the game.
CGN always reserves the right to petition the legal authorities against people and corporates in such operations.
b. Prohibited Programs
The game being run through any software other than web browsers is prohibited. Especially the use of programs that can automatically trigger the web interface, that can replace the interface or complete it and also known as “bot” is strictly prohibited. The use of scripts and semi-automatic programs that provide a user and advantage over the other users is prohibited. The use of programs that block the in game content and the advertisements within the game wholly or partially is also prohibited.
c. Direct Login
The log in process to the game should only be performed through the official public web site of the game. It is against the rules to logging in to the game directly through means other than the normal methods.
d. Other
Every user accepts, states and guarantees that he/she can not, in a way that will violate the real or personal rights of CGN and/or another third party, reproduce, copy, distribute, process the images, texts, visual and audial material, video clips, files, databases, catalogs and lists, or get into competition with CGN directly and/or indirectly through these or other means.
Without the written permission of CGN, the users taking screenshots from the game and sharing rhese screenshots with 3rd party individuals or corporates, making spoken, written or visual explanations about the game is prohibited. Otherwise, CGN reserves the right of any compensation, complaint and lawsuit.
Without the written permission of CGN, the users can not transfer, rent, give and/or sell their rights and responsibilities, that are covered by the End User Agreement, partially or wholly to any third party.

5. Limitations Of Usage
a.  Number Of Accounts That Can Be Opened Per Person (Registration)
A user can have more than one registration on a CW server; however, these accounts being played against each other or obtaining unjust earnings through interacting them with each other and operating against other players this way is strictly prohibited and once a user with such behavior is discovered, his/her access to the game will be terminated. Moreover, as against every player who is violating the game rules, CGN reserves the right to take legal action against players who cheat by making more than one registrations 
In addition, the players are allowed to have more than one account in total on the servers with different languages, given that there are only one account per server. If there are more than one server for the same language version, again the player is allowed to have more than one account as long as there is one account per server. Such situations are not against the rules; however, creating more than one account on a server and gaining an unjust advantage this way is strictly prohibited.
b. Rules
The instructions and game rules of CW game/service are announced on the corresponding web site. Please read these instructions and rules carefully. By accepting this agreement, the users declare that they accept the rules and instructions of the game and also the forum rules. CGN reserves the right to make changes on the game rules.
The game rules apply to all users. No user is exempt from the game rules partially or wholly.
c. Bans / Account Freezes
Processes like banning, prohibiting game access, freezing accounts can be enforced by CGN temporarily or permanently according to the situation. The bans can include some functions of the game or all the services and the game as a whole.

6. Protection Of Data
a. Storage Of The Personal Data
CGN reserves the right to store the personal data of the users to inspect whether the users are acting according to the applicable laws. The said data includes the IP addresses, connection times, connection types, registered e-mail addresses, the other info provided by them, their in-game actions and the messages they post.
b. The Usage Of Data And Its Transfer
The information you provide during the registration phase and your system information that is provided by your computer upon logging in to our servers allows a better service to be provided to you.  Your personal information is stored in our servers with a high amount of security. This information can be used by the CGN site to perform its own responsibilities, determining customer profile and conducting statistical work. These can be collected and stored in a database for an unlimited period.
- Information like processor, operating system, graphics card helps our work towards making the game run at a higher performance,
- Allows us to better understand how the game is being used,
- To investigateand evaluate complaints regarding violations of rules that regulate the chat, records of all in game chats are kept.
CGN will not give the data of the users to third party individuals and corporates for any purpose. However, in situations when it is deemed necessary by the legal authorities and state offices, the personal information has to be given to these authorities. CGN can not be held responsible for the negative effects the users can encounter. Moreover, CGN has the right to use this data in presentations, announcements, etc... of CW or any other game of CGN.
c. The Usage Of Own Data By The User
Issues about the security, storage, keeping away from the third parties and usage of the tools that are used by the users to access the provided services are totally under the users’ responsibility. CGN has no direct or indirect responsibility regarding the said issues that can arise due to the negligence and faults of the users.

The users can by no means share their own data about CGN games with other users, individuals or corporates. It is prohibited for the users to share their own data with the third parties for personal gain without the written permission of CGN. In the case of a violation, CGN reserves the right of taking legal action.
This rule does not include the data and information transfers that are carried out according to the game rules (for example transferring in game resources with methods that are allowed within the game)

7. New versions of the software
The right to obtain new versions, updates, upgrades or similar services can be presented to you on CGN’s own discretion. Totally on CGN’s own discretion and without the obligation to notify you, CGN can update, upgrade or advance the software at any time. Peridodically, CGN may ask all users to download a new version of the software to be able to access the system and continue downloading files. If you fail to download the required version, in the case of you not being able to access the system or deprived of the ability to be able to download content, CGN will not be held responsible and will not be forced to present any kind of payment or compensation.

8. Reporting Issues
Under CGN’s discretion, example issues that are encountered in the CW software can be reported to CGN. These reports can be analyzed by our engineers and fixed for the later updates.

9. Responsibility
CGN can not be held responsible for any losses or handicaps that can arise about the gameplay. In other words,
CGN can not be held directly or indirectly responsible for any losses that are caused by or that are about any application, any losses of revenue or any special damage. The described limitations do not get lifted even if CGN has been notified of such losses.
During the game’s or the website’s usage, CGN an/or its employees can not be held responsible for any kinds of issues, including but not limited with; performance issues, errors, deficiencies, disconnections, faults, delays in operating and/or transmittal, computer virus and/or direct or indirect losses, expenses that are caused by system issues, even if CGN and/or its employees are notified beforehand.
The control and if needed obtaining the licenses of the software and operating systems that are required to play CW is completely under the user’s responsibility.
The user has accepted, stated and guaranteed that; in the case of the user acting against the terms of the hereby agreement, he/she will have the complete responsibility and will be responsible for any lawsuits and compensation demands that can be filed by the third parties, that CGN will in no ways become a side in any lawsuits, complaints or similar situations, in the case CGN being forced to pay compensation to the third parties after assuming to be a side due to the terms of agreement being violated by the user CGN can recourse all the losses including the compensation paid at the beggining to the user and that on CGN’s demand the user will have to compensate any paid compensation, losses and expenses at once.  


The users accept, state and guarantee that the information and content that is provided to them within the site to be correct and according to the law. The web site of the game;CW, is not also not responsible for investigating and confirming the security, correctness and legality of the information and content that is submitted, uploaded or changed on the CW game’s official website by the users, but also CGN can not be responsible for any losses that arises due to this content being incorrect or faulty.
People who are benefiting from the services that are being provided by CGN or who use the web site can only perform actions through the site that are legal. The legal responsibility of any action that is performed by the users within the site belong to the corresponding users themselves. CGN can not be held responsible directly and/or indirectly of the losses that the third parties can suffer due to the actions of the users that are against the terms of the end user license agreement.

10. Coercive Reasons
CGN is not responsible for announcing its responsibilities that are determined by this End User License Agreement late or incomplete or not announcing at all. In situations like this, no delays, incomplete action or not performing action or delinquency can be assumed against CGN or no compensation will be demanded from CGN under any name. The term "coercive reason" will be interpreted as the cases including but not limited to; natural disaster, rebellion, war, strike, connection problems, infrastructure and internet breakdowns, power cuts and bad weather conditions which are not under CGN’s reasonable control and situations that are inevitable even if CGN takes the necessary precautions .

11. Intellectual Property Warnings
CW game and all the content, material, documents, graphics, designs, visual components-drawings, game scenario, sound and music components, ideas, software and programs, updates, codes, images that are integrated in the codes, brand and logos –unless otherwise mentioned in the corrseponding section within the game– that has been used within the game’s web site belong to Céidot’s owner; CeiPrime Bilgisayar Oyun Tasarım ve Teknoloji Geliştirme Hizmetleri A.Ş.
The access to the game is maintained by downlaoding the software which is required to be downloaded and installed on your computer from http://www.ceironsavaslari.com, http://www.ceironwars.com and www.ceiron.com websites   after accepting the hereby end user license agreement. After downloading the game you are required to sign up to the game to be able to log in to the game. The game is an online game that is played over the Internet and with the help of game servers. Signing up to the game and downlaoding the game gives players; a personal, non-unique, untransferrable and non commercial right of usage. You are accepting that the game is protected with the copyright laws and that its intellectual property belongs to Céiprime A.Ş. /CGN. In this respect, you are accepting and guaranteeing that you will not reproduce the intellectual properties that belong to the game partially and/or wholly or use them commercially, that you will not create variatons of the game, the applications or the material, that you will not change logos and brands that belong to the game and that you will not abuse these. Any otherwise action means a violation of intellectual property rights and in this and similar situations CéiPrime A.Ş. / CGN reserves its rights of any kinds of complaints, compensation and lawsuit.
CGN’s, CGN services’, CGN information, CGN’s work that is subject to copyright, CGN grands, CGN’s commercial overview and including all the material and intellectual propery rights, real and personal rights, commercial information and all rights that are aimed towards know-how are reserved.

12. Changes On The Terms Of The Agreement
CGN can, completely on its own discretion and one sidedly, without making any announcement beforehand, at a time that it finds suitable and by announcing on the website; make changes on the terms of this agreement, or update the agreement partially or wholly. Using the web site that is related to CW, after the announcement of the changes and/or updates on these terms on the website, means that you are agreeing with the changes. The hereby End User License Agreement, can not be changed by the one sided declarations of the player. To be informed of the changes and updates and be certain that you are acting according to the terms of use, please visit the End User License Agreement page regularly.
Moreover, while using some applications and services, you might need to follow the rules that are specific to the corresponding applications or services that might be occasionally shown or sent to you. All these terms and rules are considered to be included in the terms of use that are declared here.

13. About Disputes
In any legal disputes that can arise, Courts of Ankara and Ankara Foreclosure Offices will be authorized. Moreover, in disputes, CGN’s records will be considered binding and accurate evidence. In the case of the player playing the game in another country outside Turkey; CGN reserves the right of filing the lawsuit against the player in the country he/she resides.

14. Other Information and Various Judgements
In the case of an authorized court judging any of the terms or sections of the hereby agreement to be void, the other terms and sections remain valid.
CGN can partially or wholly transfer or dispose its responsibilities or rights that have been covered with this agreement to others or make a contract under its own discretion.
The hereby agreement is considered to be accepted on the date that the player has registered to the game. The registration processes of the players who do not accept the agreement do not get finalized and they are not allowed to benefit from the game. The date when the agreement has been put into effect and was published through the game’s website is presented below.
